46th Kerala state film award 2016 has revealed .best actor award have won the prominent actor Dulquer salmaan and the best actress award has won by parvathy.The awards announced by today march 1. Dulquer won the top honour for his last released movie charlie,the movie is directorial debut of Martin Prakatt. In that movie Dulquer salmaan played the role of vegabond.
Parvathy she got the award for her performance in 'Ennu Ninte Moideen',This movie got the top gross in malayalam industry as well.
